    A: We offer one-stop design services, following up the whole process from packaging structure design, visual design to process implementation.

    Customers need to provide: vector files of brand LOGO, core selling points of products, target audience positioning, brand VI specifications (colors, fonts, etc.), and reference sample images (if any). We will provide 2-3 design schemes for customers to choose from and revise until they are satisfied.

  • Q: What printing and surface finishing processes do you support? How to enhance the high-end texture of the packaging?

  • Q: Will there be color deviation between the printed color and the design draft? How to ensure color consistency?

Production & Delivery Category

  • Q: What is the complete cycle from design to delivery?

    A: The cycle is adjusted according to the order complexity and quantity. The regular process cycle is as follows:

    - Design confirmation: 3-5 working days

    - Sample production: 2-3 working days

    - Mass production: 7-10 working days for regular orders (500-5000 pieces); 10-15 working days for large orders (more than 10000 pieces)

    - International logistics: 15-30 days for sea freight and 3-7 days for air freight, depending on the destination country/region

  • Q: What should I do if there are quality problems after receiving the goods?

    A: If customers find quality problems caused by non-transportation factors (such as printing defects, incorrect dimensions, damage, etc.) after receiving the goods, please contact the customer manager within 7 working days after receipt and provide photos/videos of the problematic products. We will respond within 24 hours:

    - For small-batch problems: Free replacement of the corresponding quantity of products.

    - For large-batch problems: Arrange return and rework, and the relevant freight will be borne by our company.
