• Q: What are the main materials of your paper tube packaging? Which products are different materials suitable for?

  A: We focus on high-end and eco-friendly materials. The core materials and their applicable scenarios are as follows:

  - Food-grade kraft paper: Complies with FDA and EU food contact standards, featuring good moisture resistance and high toughness. It is suitable for packaging food products such as snacks, coffee, tea leaves, and health supplements.

  - White cardboard/specialty art paper: With a smooth surface and high color reproduction rate in printing, it supports processes like hot stamping and UV coating. It is ideal for products that pursue visual texture, including cosmetics, aromatherapy products, gift boxes, and high-end stationery.

  - Composite paper: Lined with PE/aluminum foil film inside, it has functions of waterproofing, light shielding, and fresh-keeping. It is suitable for products requiring long-term storage, such as pet food, dried goods, and sauces.

  - Recycled eco-friendly paper: Meets European and American environmental certifications and advocates the concept of sustainability. It is tailored for overseas customers who value corporate social responsibility.

• Can the size of the paper tube be customized? What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

  Full-size customization is supported. The inner diameter, height, and wall thickness can all be adjusted according to customer requirements. The regular size range is inner diameter 20mm-300mm and height 50mm-500mm. Special sizes can be customized by opening a new mold.

  Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 500 pieces for regular sizes and 1000 pieces for special customized sizes. Tiered price discounts are available for large orders.

• Q: What is the load-bearing capacity of the paper tube packaging? Can it meet the needs of long-distance transportation?

  A: Our paper tubes adopt a multi-layer winding process, with the wall thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 5mm. The vertical load-bearing capacity of regular paper tubes can reach 5-20kg. We can increase the wall thickness or add reinforced top covers and bottom brackets according to customers' transportation needs. Meanwhile, we provide outer film coating and hardening treatment to effectively resist pressure and impact, fully meeting the requirements of international sea and air long-distance transportation.

Design & Printing Technology Category

• Q: Do you provide packaging design services? What information do customers need to provide?

  A: We offer one-stop design services, following up the whole process from packaging structure design, visual design to process implementation.

  Customers need to provide: vector files of brand LOGO, core selling points of products, target audience positioning, brand VI specifications (colors, fonts, etc.), and reference sample images (if any). We will provide 2-3 design schemes for customers to choose from and revise until they are satisfied.

• Q: What printing and surface finishing processes do you support? How to enhance the high-end texture of the packaging?

  A: We have a complete set of high-end printing process equipment, with core processes including:

  - Printing processes: Four-color/five-color offset printing, flexographic printing, digital printing. The color reproduction rate is over 95%, and precise Pantone color matching is supported.

  - Surface finishing processes: Hot stamping/gilding, partial UV coating, embossing/debossing, matte film laminating, flocking, hollowing, etc.

  High-end texture combination suggestions: For example, cosmetic paper tubes can adopt the combination of "white cardboard offset printing + hot-stamped LOGO + partial UV patterns + matte film laminating" to enhance the tactile and visual layering.

• Q: Will there be color deviation between the printed color and the design draft? How to ensure color consistency?

  A: Slight color deviation is a normal phenomenon in the printing industry, but we will minimize the color deviation through the following methods:

  - Sampling stage: First, produce a 1:1 physical sample, restore the printing color, hot stamping, UV and other process effects, and use this sample as the mass production standard after customer confirmation.

  - Mass production stage: Use Heidelberg printing machines equipped with professional color management systems, and conduct color calibration before each batch production.

  - International standards: Customization according to Pantone color codes is supported to ensure color consistency across different batches and orders.

Production & Delivery Category

• Q: What is the complete cycle from design to delivery?

  A: The cycle is adjusted according to the order complexity and quantity. The regular process cycle is as follows:

  - Design confirmation: 3-5 working days

  - Sample production: 2-3 working days

  - Mass production: 7-10 working days for regular orders (500-5000 pieces); 10-15 working days for large orders (more than 10000 pieces)

  - International logistics: 15-30 days for sea freight and 3-7 days for air freight, depending on the destination country/region

  The cycle can be shortened for urgent orders. Please consult the customer manager for details.

• Q: Can customers visit the factory or check the production progress during production?

  A: We support online/offline production progress tracking for customers.

  - Offline: Customers are welcome to visit the production workshop (appointment required 1-2 days in advance).

  - Online: Provide weekly production progress reports, and synchronize photos/videos to customers for confirmation at key nodes (such as sample completion, mass production start, quality inspection and delivery).

• Q: How to ensure product quality? What quality inspection standards do you have?

  A: We implement full-process quality inspection standards to ensure 100% qualified products before delivery:

  - Incoming material inspection: Check whether the paper material, thickness and environmental certification meet the requirements.

  - Production inspection: Inspect color deviation and overprinting accuracy in the printing process; check size, wall thickness and sealing performance in the forming process; verify the effect of processes like hot stamping/UV coating in the finishing process.

  - Delivery inspection: Randomly select 10% of products for drop test, load-bearing test and full appearance inspection before delivery.

  We also support on-site testing by third-party quality inspection institutions to meet the inspection needs of overseas customers.

Customization & Certification Category

• Q: Can the opening and closing methods of the paper tube be customized? Such as flip-top, screw cap, and sealed cap?

  A: We support customization of various opening and closing methods, including common types as follows:

  - Simple type: Curled edge sealing and flat edge sealing, suitable for low-cost and disposable packaging.

  - Practical type: Screw-on type, flip-top type, slide type, reusable, suitable for gift and daily necessities packaging.

  - Sealed type: Equipped with silicone rings and aluminum foil sealing films, with moisture-proof and leak-proof functions, suitable for food and pharmaceutical products.

• Q: Have your paper tube packaging passed international certifications? Which countries/regions are they suitable for export to?

  A: Our products have passed a number of international authoritative certifications and can be exported to the world with confidence:

  - Environmental certifications: FSC Forest Certification, EU REACH Regulation Certification.

  - Food certifications: US FDA Food Contact Material Certification, EU LFGB Certification.

  - Other certifications: CE Certification, RoHS Certification.

After-sales & Service Category

• Q: What should I do if there are quality problems after receiving the goods?

  A: If customers find quality problems caused by non-transportation factors (such as printing defects, incorrect dimensions, damage, etc.) after receiving the goods, please contact the customer manager within 7 working days after receipt and provide photos/videos of the problematic products. We will respond within 24 hours:

  - For small-batch problems: Free replacement of the corresponding quantity of products.

  - For large-batch problems: Arrange return and rework, and the relevant freight will be borne by our company.

• Q: Do you provide overseas warehousing and logistics services?

  A: We have established long-term cooperation with a number of international logistics providers (DHL, FedEx, Maersk, etc.), and can provide one-stop door-to-door logistics services, including customs declaration, customs clearance, and sea/air freight arrangement. We can also assist customers in connecting with overseas third-party warehouses to meet their localized delivery needs. The specific cost is calculated according to the destination and cargo volume.
